Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) Early Careers Program

VIS elite athletes are invited to an interactive 2-hour career development workshop led by experienced AIS CPRN practitioner, Sharyn Donaghy. This cross-sport session will provide athletes with the knowledge and tools to explore career pathways, identify transferable skills, and access valuable resources. Participants will gain key insights into the labour market and enhance self-awareness for strategic career planning, while also networking with fellow VIS athletes managing their dual careers
