Students have access to a display and powerpoint with the names of 25 staff and a list of 25 occupations - students have to match the teachers to their previous occupations. the idea is to get students talking to teachers about what they used to do and how they moved into teaching, highlighting that career development is not linear and career changes happen regularly, also identifying who students can speak to if they want advice on specific careers.
