Your Future. Your Choice. – Who Do You See?

Who Do You See? is a career awareness activity designed to challenge gender bias in employment from an early age. This is a two-part activity where we are inviting middle school students to examine their instinctive perceptions of careers and job roles. Then in the second session we challenge everything that they thought they knew by introducing the cohort to career mentors from across a diverse range of industries.
